At the start of the summer I broke my thumb after having a pretty bad experience on a bucking Bronco style magic carpet at one of the summer balls in Leeds. When I was back at home and waiting for many hours at the hospital for it to be examined and x-rayed I came across this advertising poster for anti- smoking and drinking. I thought it was a great poster and that it used the adverting tool of shocking the viewer very effectively. I thought it managed to get the message across very strongly and played on the fact that a baby is the most precious thing to a parent, and so therefore it would be one of the most persuasive anti smoking/drinking posters there is!
